Herbal Healing

My favorite thing about this planet is the levels ~ the different frequencies ~ healing can be through science, nutrition, or magical intention.  When i cook i like to think about what each of my ingredients are for, whether it's the vitamin & mineral content or.... preferably, their energetic properties.  When cooking, making tea, or baking, i find adding the additional intention in with the herbs/spices just adds a little more magic into life.  Here are some of my basic notes ~

Thyme ~ Focus, Courage, Strength, Energy, Balance

Oregano ~ Happiness, Beauty, Good Luck, Protection

Rosemary ~ Cleanses & Protects Heart, Preservation, Clarity, Growth

Mint ~ Extrasensory Perception, Mood Elevator, Spiritual Detox

Dill ~ Intellect, Spiritual Safety, Emotional Support, Harmony

Sage ~Purification, Cleansing, Calming, Balance

Mullein ~ Clarity, Divine Communion, Breathing Clearly

Bay Leaves ~ Psychic Gifts, Purification, Manifestation, Protection

Star Anise ~ Opening Third Eye, Abundance, Spiritual Growth

Mustard ~ Mental Acuity, Astral Travel, Intention Setting, Prosperity

Fennel~ Boosts Rituals, Potency, Creation, Clarity, Rejuvenation

Chicory ~ Path Opener, Success, Abundance, Love, Comfort

Frankincense ~ Divine Connection, Elevation, Protection, Purity, Grounding

Cardamom ~ Romance, Transformation, Heart Protection, Fertility, Enhance Intuition

Nutmeg ~ Expansion, Growth, Personal Development, Clarity, Connection

Cinnamon ~ Self-Mastery, Amplifies Intention, Clears Stagnant Energy, Strengthens Emotional Boundaries

Vanilla ~ Joy, Attraction, Love, Intention Setting, Mood Boosting, Communion, Ward off Neg. Energies

Coffee ~ Mindfulness, Insight, Awareness, Intention Setting, Focus, Introspection

We can always incorporate our knowledge of chakras ~ anything green is going to be great for the heart specifically,

roots + root chakra & feeling balanced /stable, this will be the reds & earth tones (they usually fall into this category as well, brown things like the dirt are usually grounding to the soul. )

Yellow for the solar plexus
